Shipping Policy

Compressed-air equipment ranges from small accessories to palletized industrial systems. The shipping method, preparation time, and delivery requirements therefore depend on the exact item and destination.

Order processing

• In-stock items: generally prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days.
• Build-to-order equipment: may require approximately 4–5 additional business days before shipment.
• Split shipments: accessories and equipment may ship separately when they originate from different locations or require different carriers.

Processing estimates begin after payment and order details are accepted. Weekends, holidays, inventory verification, address questions, and carrier capacity can affect timing.

Parcel and LTL freight

Delivery area and charges

Online checkout is primarily intended for eligible addresses in the contiguous United States. Shipping charges or included standard shipping, when available, are shown during checkout or confirmed in the order quotation.

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, PO boxes, islands, and international destinations may not qualify for direct shipment. A U.S.-based freight forwarder or separately approved arrangement may be required. Canadian commercial orders can require a minimum order value, broker information, taxes, and prior approval.

Transit estimates

After dispatch, many orders arrive within approximately 3–10 business days depending on distance, carrier, weather, item size, and freight-service level. Transit dates are estimates rather than guarantees unless a written service commitment is included in the order.

Tracking your order

When tracking information becomes available, use the carrier link in your shipping notice or enter the order details on our Track Your Order page. LTL freight tracking can show fewer scans than parcel service and the terminal may call before final delivery.

Inspecting freight at delivery

1. Compare the shipment count with the delivery receipt.
2. Inspect the carton, crate, pallet, tank, and visible equipment before signing.
3. Write specific damage or shortage notes on the carrier receipt and photograph all sides of the shipment.
4. Keep the packaging and notify us promptly with the order number, photos, and a copy of the signed receipt.

Signing a freight receipt without noting visible damage can limit the ability to pursue a carrier claim.

Address changes and delivery attempts

Contact us immediately if an address needs correction. Once a shipment is released, rerouting may be unavailable or may create carrier fees. Redelivery, storage, refused-delivery, remote-area, lift-gate, or address-correction charges caused by inaccurate or incomplete customer information may be the customer's responsibility.
