Terms of Service
Review the California Air Tools US website and order terms, including product information, pricing, payment, delivery, warranty, and acceptable use.
Effective date: August 1, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of californiaairtoolsus.com and purchases made through the website. By using the site or submitting an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them.
1. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and provide accurate information. You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with security, access data without authorization, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a way that disrupts service, or misuse product information or customer accounts.
2. Product information and suitability
We work to present accurate names, images, specifications, compatibility information, availability, and prices. Manufacturers can revise products, packaging, components, manuals, and specifications without notice. Images may show optional accessories or a related model.
You are responsible for confirming that the selected equipment is suitable for the intended application, including CFM, PSI, duty cycle, tank capacity, dimensions, sound level, voltage, frequency, phase, plug or wiring, environmental conditions, dry-air performance, filtration, and installation requirements. Contact us before ordering if any requirement is unclear.
3. Orders and acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may verify payment, inventory, shipping feasibility, tax status, identity, price, or product configuration. We may decline or cancel an order when an item is unavailable, information is incomplete, a pricing or catalog error occurs, payment cannot be verified, delivery is impractical, or fraud or misuse is suspected. If a canceled order was charged, the appropriate amount will be refunded.
4. Pricing, taxes, and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site and may change before order acceptance. Applicable taxes, shipping, freight accessorial charges, or other order-specific costs are shown at checkout or included in a written quotation when possible. You authorize the selected payment provider to process the amounts associated with the accepted order.
5. Shipping and risk
Handling and transit dates are estimates unless a written guaranteed service is expressly included. Carrier delays and events outside reasonable control may affect delivery. Freight recipients must inspect shipments and note visible loss or damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Additional terms appear in our Shipping Policy.
6. Returns, exchanges, and refunds
Equipment orders are generally final, and no item may be shipped back without written authorization. Approved exchanges, damage claims, and refunds are governed by the Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy, the product page, and any written quotation or authorization.
7. Warranty and service
Manufacturer warranty terms, when applicable, are provided in the warranty document or owner manual for the exact model. A manufacturer warranty is separate from our return policy. Keep proof of purchase and follow installation, maintenance, electrical, pressure-system, and safety instructions. Misuse, incompatible power, unauthorized modification, ordinary wear, corrosion, contamination, inadequate maintenance, or improper installation may not be covered.
8. Safety
Compressed-air equipment, pressure vessels, electrical systems, coatings, and casting materials can create serious hazards. Read all manuals and labels before installation or use. Depressurize and disconnect power before service. Use qualified personnel where electrical, plumbing, pressure-system, code, ventilation, or process expertise is required. Never exceed rated pressure or use equipment with incompatible gases or materials.
9. Intellectual property
The site design, original text, graphics, databases, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product names, logos, manuals, images, and marks may belong to their respective owners and are used to identify compatible products and documentation. No license is granted except the limited right to use the site for shopping and support.
10. Third-party services and links
The site may connect to payment providers, carriers, manufacturer resources, manuals, video platforms, and other third parties. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or independent practices of third-party services.
11. Disclaimer and limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or that every catalog error will be corrected immediately. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from site use or an unsuitable customer-selected application.
12. Governing terms and changes
If a written quotation, product page, or specific order term conflicts with a general website statement, the more specific accepted order term controls for that transaction. We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
